About Energize your outlook

Mission:

To equip people with positive outlooks and inspire actions that foster success.

Laura is passionate about people and helping others shine. Drawing on her twenty plus successful years in corporate America, she founded Energize Your Outlook (EYO) in 2005 which focuses on the people side of business. From teaching employees how to behave and navigate office politics to showing them how to connect with each other when they may not even like one another, Laura coaches them to bring out the best that's just been waiting to come out.

Through speaking engagements, corporate training, and executive coaching, EYO allows Laura to connect, uplift and guide people towards the success they desire. Not only does she bring a wealth of knowledge and understanding to her clients, but she also provides a level of professionalism and enthusiasm that is rarely seen.

Laura Morales is the founder of Energize Your Outlook, an appropriate name for her business as she brings an abundance of energy to her work and her clients, and she always seems to have a positive outlook on life. She shares past life and corporate experiences to positively impact others who want to climb the corporate ladder, make meaningful connections, and improve their satisfaction level with their current station in life.

Laura spent 22 successful years working for AT&T and Sprint in a variety of positions including retention and high growth sales management, support management, marketing and international business development. In 2005, Laura decided to strike out on her own. She felt strongly that her company needed to be “people-centric” because it was people and relationships she had built over the years that fueled the energy and success she experienced in her telecom career. Hence, Energize Your Outlook was established.
